FEES
We can agree on the fee in advance and whether to bill hourly or at a flat rate -- depending on the  project.

I discuss essential issues involved in style of writing, clarity, structure and content. Then I can offer solutions to problems in these areas that will help your project move forward.

DEVELOPMENTAL EDITING

If you are considering a consultation on your project, may I suggest you get in touch early in the process. That way I can help you stay on track.

Basically, "developmental editing" means I carefully read each page line by line. Along the way I'll suggest deletions and alterations, ask for more information, revise and refine the text in other ways.

My job involves understanding your core concept and doing only what's needed to help you communicate it effectively (without distractions).
